The Greene County compensation board will meet Thursday, Dec. 17, at 8:30 am in the board room at the courthouse.
The compensation board recommends to the board of supervisors a wage increase (if appropriate) for county elected officials.
Each elected official appoints one person to the compensation board, with the supervisors appointing two to represent the group. Serving on the compensation board for fiscal year ‘22 wages are Guy Richardson for the auditor; Mary Jane Fields and Jim Unger for the supervisors; Tom Heater for the attorney; John McCormick for the sheriff; Tim Heisterkamp for the treasurer, and Adam Pedersen for the recorder.
Compensation board members are not paid.
